While gaining practical experience in your new workplace, you simultaneously participate in a structured online preparation course during designated learning periods.

After approximately seven months, participants are prepared to take the knowledge examination and achieve full professional recognition.

How the Process Works

1. Application through a Local Partner
  
  Your journey begins with one of our trusted local partner organizations in your home country. They will guide you through the first steps.
2. Assessment of Your Qualifications
  
  Together with our partners, we assess your education, professional experience, language skills, and suitability for available opportunities.
3. Introduction to Employers
  
  Qualified candidates are introduced to selected hospitals, radiology centers, and healthcare providers in Germany.
4. Employment Offer
  
  Following successful interviews, you receive an employment offer from your future employer.
5. Recognition and Immigration Procedures
  
  VISABEE coordinates all necessary administrative processes, including recognition procedures, visa applications*, and other required documentation.
6. Preparation Course and Arrival
  
  After your arrival in Germany, you begin working while simultaneously participating in the professional preparation program for the knowledge examination.
7. Full Professional Recognition
  
  After successfully passing the examination, you receive full professional recognition and can continue building your career in Germany.

A Faster Path to Professional Recognition

For many international MTR professionals, obtaining full professional recognition in Germany can be challenging.

In most cases, applicants are required to complete a knowledge examination ("Kenntnisprüfung") or a compensatory adaptation program before receiving full recognition of their qualification.

However, suitable preparation courses and examination opportunitie s are often limited. VISABEE has developed a unique solution to address this challenge.

As an AZAV-certified training provider, we have partnered with the renowned Dr. Gillmeister School in Heide, Schleswig-Holstein, to create a specialized preparation program that supports international MTR professionals on their path to recognition.

The program is free of charge for participants and is designed to prepare them for the knowledge examination while they are already working in Germany.
