1. First, you apply with VISABEE and submit your profile through the platform. This gives us an initial overview of your background, motivation, qualifications, and professional goals.

2. After that, you will be connected with a trusted local partner in your home country. The local partner will support you personally, explain the next steps, and help you prepare for the process ahead.

3. In the next step, you submit the required documents. These may include your CV, school or training certificates, language certificates, passport copies, and other relevant records. VISABEE reviews your profile and documents carefully.

4. You will then receive feedback on your application, including information about missing documents or any additional steps required.

5. Once your profile is suitable, you gain access to relevant job or apprenticeship opportunities in Germany. Together, we assess which opportunities best match your skills, experience, and career goals.

6. Before speaking with a potential employer, you usually take part in a pre-interview with VISABEE or the local partner. This conversation helps us better understand your motivation, expectations, and readiness for the German labour market.

7. The next step is the interview with the employer. During this interview, you have the opportunity to introduce yourself, explain your motivation, and learn more about the position, the company, and the working conditions.

8. If both sides are convinced, you will receive a job or apprenticeship contract. This contract forms the basis for the following administrative and immigration-related steps.

9. After receiving your contract, the preparation for departure begins. This phase includes visa-related documents, travel planning, accommodation, insurance, and other practical arrangements for your start in Germany. VISABEE and the local partner support you throughout this phase to make sure you are well informed, well prepared, and ready for your journey.
