Our Story

VISABEE was founded in 2018 by Bastian Mahmoodi after several years of experience in international recruitment and migration projects.

Following the relocation from Munich to Kiel in 2020, the company expanded its services and further developed its integrated approach to recruitment, qualification, and integration support.

Today, Managing Director Bastian Mahmoodi, Head of Operations Dr. Peter Schottes, and the entire VISABEE team work every day to connect international talent with opportunities in Germany and help build sustainable solutions for the future of the German labour market.
