In some cases, we organize medical pre-checks. These checks help determine whether there are any health-related reasons that could prevent you from successfully completing the planned vocational training. The examinations are also carried out according to the employer’s requirements. In many cases, we work closely with trusted doctors of German embassies. This helps ensure that you begin training that you are medically able to complete.

Before starting vocational training in Germany, you will often need to learn German or improve your German language skills. German Courses for Your Vocational Training
Good German language skills are an important requirement for vocational training in Germany. At the employer’s request, we can organize separate German courses attended only by future trainees of the same employer. In addition, we can offer job-specific German courses. In these courses, you learn words, technical terms, and typical communication situations that you will need later in your training occupation. This helps you prepare for your daily work, vocational school, and communication with colleagues, customers ,or patients.

To ensure that these interviews are conducted professionally, we organize them at central locations with a stable internet connection. This is important because interviews conducted by mobile phone, from home, or while travelling often do not run smoothly. We provide a structured process so that you can present yourself well and the employer receives a clear impression of you.

Clarifying Vocational School and Training Start Dates
Vocational training in Germany includes both practical work at the company and attendance at vocational school. We clarify important questions with the employer regarding vocational school and your possible training start date. Not every vocational training program has to start on 1 September. In many cases, it may also be possible to start later, for example on 1 October, 1 November, or even 1 December. This can be especially important if there are delays in the entry process or with German authorities.

Even after your arrival in Germany, you are not left alone. Depending on the project, we offer different forms of follow-up support. These may include coaching sessions, kick-off meetings, and onboarding events. These sessions are designed to clearly discuss expectations on both sides: What does the employer expect from you? What can you expect from the employer? Which rules apply at the company, at vocational school, and in everyday life? This preparation helps you start your vocational training with greater confidence.

Fair Recruitment According to International Standards
VISABEE generally follows the standards of the International Labour Organization, or ILO.
These standards are intended to ensure that international recruitment is fair and that workers or future trainees are not exploited. This means that the process should be transparent, responsible, and fair.
Depending on the project, the employer may cover language course costs, recruitment costs, or provide additional support. A scholarship may also be possible, but it is not mandatory in every project.
