About Bastian Mahmoodi
As an experienced immigration expert today, Bastian started helping the first people come to Germany over ten years ago. Today he supports many people at the same time – with a great team at VISABEE.
Bastian Mahmoodi, who himself is half German and half Iranian, is the person behind VISABEE. He has been able to experience in his own family and work environment how integration can succeed.
Having grown up in two very different cultures, he has a heightened awareness of the challenges that consequently arise for immigrant professionals as well as for companies / organizations.
The latter he was able to determine while he was working as a consultant when studying Business Sciences, where he was helping to attract the urgently needed doctors to come from abroad to work in German hospitals.
As a result of this experience, Bastian Mahmoodi believes that the mutual challenges of matching foreign professionals with small and medium-sized German companies and healthcare facilities is readily surmountable if the process of migration and integration into their life and career is managed in a targeted manner.
From the initial inquiry through management of the migration process to active integration, he and his rapidly growing team offer suitable service packages on a much larger scale than ever before, especially for small and medium-sized German companies and healthcare facilities that need competent specialists.
